Of the first two I ordered, only one worked! The other wouldn’t reset. You guys were quick to send me a functional replacement. Based on some Internet searching - others have had similar problems.
Perhaps the supplier of your locks needs a better QC protocol????
Having said this - I’m considering ordering a couple more in the future for other purposes:) - jm

The luggage locks work great after the replacements that is. The locks that came with the bags were defective. No worries as Lonerider took care of it with 2 new locks arrived wicked fast and now all is good!

Very easy to use and especially when it's dark out and you can't really see the tumblers I find setting them to a special known combination makes them easier to open later when dark out.
